We’re happy to offer investor inspections and investor consultations for those in this area of real estate.
Investor InspectionInvestor inspections are physical home inspections focusing only on major defects with the home. A condensed report is included with this type of inspection and the investor is welcome to come take notes as well.

Investor ConsultationSome investors don’t need any type of report, so we just do a “walk-n-talk” consultation. An investor consultation is essentially an investor inspection with no written report. The investor simply takes their own notes. The cost for this type of service is typically about half the cost of a home inspection.
